Historical Novels
I love
to read historical novels, especially the ones about the Roman and Anglo-Saxon
eras. To ensure that I don’t miss any exciting books and keep up to date on the
genre, I am a member of the:
I have
been a member of the society since 1999, and during that time have written
reviews for the Historical
Novels Review and contributed articles for Solander. I was an editor of the Historical Novel
Society’s Online
Newsletter for a while, and I am currently an expert reader for their short story strand.
My
favourite historical novelist is Rosemary Sutcliff, and you can find a blog
about her here.
